Yoga

Build strength, tone, flexibility and balance through a series of poses drawn from traditional Yoga, and Tai Chi forms as well as Pilate.  All ages and fitness types welcome. Classes cater for beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Participants can look forward to 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation at the end of the class
