Membership

Being a member of Launceston PCYC is like being part of a family.  Members not only get access to specialised classes and discounts on others classes, but are also part of a movement to provide the community of Launceston with low-cost and varied recreational opportunities.

As a registered not-for-profit charity, all funds raised are put back into running programmes, upgrading facilities and creating opportunities for all Launceston people to connect and be part of something bigger.

Launceston PCYC runs youth development programs specifically designed to help our young people grow into resilient, productive members of society as well as many specialised classes. Operation Resilience is a FREE fitness program for members, run by our certified fitness trainer Pat. Pat will be around every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3.30-6pm to help youth with form, workout structures, weights, and cardio.

Classes run every weekday at 9:30am - no booking required and the first visit is free!

Our seniors fitness classes are a fun, friendly and welcoming environment with great opportunities to socialise and become stronger.

Our members have found that the stronger they become, the less frequent the visits to the doctors have become.

Classes run Tuesday/Thursday from 10-11.30am for your own strength program, followed by the group cardio activity starting at 10:30am.
