Our introductory gymnastics class for students of all abilities develops strength, agility, coordination, flexibility and motor skills while having fun and making new friends.
Specifically designed for children aged 5 – 12 years, your child will learn handstands, cartwheels, balance, jumps and rolls using the vault, bars, beams and floor.

Recreational Gymnastics
This program offers a great way to keep fit while learning and developing new skills without the pressure of competition.  Offered to people over the age of 11 years, this programme utilises gymnastics floor circuits as well as the opportunity to twist, slip and fly on the trampolines.

Tumbling classes combines gymnastics and trampolining skills down a 25 meter air floor.  Introductory classes for students develop strength, agility, coordination, flexibility and motor skills while having fun and making new friends. Your child will learn how to flip, somersault, tuck, handstand and hand springs, all without the use of props or equipment. Intermediate Tumbling
Intermediate Tumbling is for students who have successfully completed beginner Tumbling and can perform basic round-offs, round-off back handsprings, front and back handsprings, front and back walkovers, and other entry level tumbling skills.

This class builds previous skills developing round-off back handspring series passes, round-off back handspring, back tucks, punch fronts, round-off tucks, and many more challenging moves.

Squad: Advanced Tumbling
Students in this class are moving into the higher competitive levels including round-off back handspring layouts, full twisting layouts, standing tucks, front tumbling skills, creative new tumbling passes, and much more.

KinderGym provides a fantastic opportunity for children and parents to play and learn together; developing gross and fine motor skills, building confidence, and learning through play.
Every week offers a different focus; maybe you will fly like a super hero or jump like a monkey, but whatever you do, be ready to have some fun.

Nippers is a great transition programme melding free play and structure into a highly stimulating and fun loving program. It is best suited to children ages 3-4 years and involves some parental involvement.
You will be taken through three structured circuits where your child will begin to develop skills such as handstands, cartwheels, balance, jumps and rolls.

Tyro offers your child a fully structured mini GymFun session.  Classes include twisting, balancing, rolling, bouncing and swinging in a safe and fun environment with no parental involvement.
Tyro uses every piece of gymnastics equipment including Vault, Bars, Beams and Floor to fully equip each child for the next stage of gymnastics.

Students will learn a variety of programming skills and languages, and then put them to use solving problems, creating simulations, and even making games.

Whether you love drawing real life, abstract, impressionism, or cartooning, Mo works with each student’s individual style and skill level.

Students are guided at their own pace, enhancing skills, techniques and understanding of drawing fundamentals with each class building on previous weeks.

Classes are kept small to maximise individual learning potential, student-teacher interactions and to help foster student connections with their peers.

All equipment is supplied but students are welcome to bring their preferred materials.

Our specialized trampolining classes are designed to provide a unique and uplifting experience for individuals of all abilities.

Led by trained instructors, BounceAbility offers a safe and welcoming environment for participants with disabilities to enjoy the exhilaration of bouncing.
